CORONA TREATMENT - FIXED ELECTRODE:

        

Dyne Technology supplies cost effective, tailor made corona treatment solutions to optimise the adhesion properties of printing inks, adhesives etc. onto components made from low surface energy polymer materials.

These systems utilise either single or arrays of fixed electrodes to corona treat a wide range of plastic components including, bottles, containers, tubes, flat panels, profiles, medical devices, mobile phone components, doors and a whole lot more besides. The corona systems operates using a wide range of electrode systems ranging from simple "wire" electrodes, high performance "ball" electrodes or highly durable ceramic electrode elements resulting in complete and uniform corona treatment. Corona treatment systems can incorporate air jets to support the feed of components through the corona treating station, ozone is drawn between the electrode elements to a filter system.
