CORONA TREATMENT OF SYRINGES:

Dyne Technology offers Tantec’s new 3-D corona treatment system – SyrinTEC - for syringes.

This offers a cost-effective method for optimizing the adhesion properties of printing inks onto components made from low surface energy polymer materials. SyrinTEC corona treatment systems operates using highly durable ceramic electrode elements resulting in complete and uniform corona treatment of the syringes. Air jets support the feed of the components through the corona treating station and ozone is drawn between the electrode elements to a filter system.  The complete Corona Treatment System includes a High-Frequency Corona Generator, High-Voltage Transformers, Treating Station often with between 9 and 11 Electrode elements and an Ozone Filter
